Multifaceted Margo

There is so much to be done. Trying to stay balanced while I do it all is, well, still a balancing act. The studiomargo happeneings:

Mural Project in Sand City.

I just got into Driftwood, which is a NEW store in Moss Landing.
Driftwood has home decor, gifts, jewellery and much more, all on the nautical side. If anything you should check out the physical beauty of the new store and buy my mini encaustic paintings or water color robots paintings. Everything in the store is hand made!

I ALSO got into the Artisans Gallery in Santa Cruz off of Pacific Ave! I am so excited! Guess what!? I am also going to be the January Artist for First Friday! So if you are in town, come on down, get a hug from me and check out the art I have been working on and support me and the shop and purchase some work!

Driftwood Opening: Located at 8071-B Moss Landing Road, Moss Landing, California.

Here are two of the latest paintings, which you can see at Fusion Spa and Salon located on 41st Ave in Santa Cruz! Have a great week!

Water Colors

So much has been going on in and out of the studio. So I have been working on small portable water colors to take with me on the studiomargo-a-go-go! Fall is officially here I still can't help thinking about what it is like under the sea. Here are some of the water colors I have been working on. This past Sunday was another sneek peak at the Oakland Museum of California, two more to go. I will let you know when the Natural Science Gallery will open and I hope to see you there.

Oakland Museum of California : Sneak Peek #1

This last Friday night I had the pleasure of attending the Oakland Museum of California's Summer Night and sneak peek at the Natural Science Gallery to check out how the robots were feeling at their new home. Well, what do you know, they were educational and entertaining! Here are a few photos from the event. This is the first time I have had an opportunity to take a sneak peek and help form the museum and you can too! Check out the dates if you would like to be a part and see where the future of museums are going. I'm, so excited!

Click on the flyer below to see it larger and maybe I will see you there too!?
